Registration Fee

SDPC2017 only accepts registration fee in USD or RMB. Registration fee covers all conference sessions, conference document, meals and reception. Cost of accommodation is not covered by registration fee. You will need to book your accommodation separately by visiting the Venue page.

The conference registration fee is listed as bellow:
Early Bird Before August 1, 2017   2600 RMB / 400 USD
Student Early Bird Before August 1, 2017   2000 RMB / 300 USD
Regular Registration After August 1, 2017  3000 RMB / 450 USD
On-site Registration (cash only)          3000 RMB / 450 USD

 

Notes:

1. At least one of the authors in each paper should register the conference before the author reg­istration deadline (Extended to May 25, 2017). The one who registers the conference will receive his/her name badge and conference tickets/documents when checking in the conference. The other authors in a paper or the conference participants who do not have papers can register the confer­ence anytime by August 1, 2017 to enjoy the early bird registration discount. SDPC 2017 International Conference welcomes all the researchers, specialists, and practitioners in the relat­ed field. However, all the attendees need to register the conference before they can participate in this event. According to the requirements from IEEE, all papers should be presented at the conference before they can be submitted to IEEE Xplore for publishing.

2. If the length of paper exceeds 6 pages, the cost of each extra page is 30 USD or 200 RMB.
3. Registration fee is non-refundable.

4. IEEE Reliability Society (RS) Members will receive a $50 USD (or equivalently 300 RMB) discount on their registrations. When paying their registration fees, the IEEE RS Members can directly pay $50 USD (or 300 RMB) less. Please provide the identity or proof documents for your RS membership when check in the conference on August 16, 2017.

Please send a scanned copy of your wire transfer record together with your completed Registration Form to us by email (sdpc2017@163.com or jliu@mae.carleton.ca). The subject line of your email should be “SDPC 2017 Registration” + “Registrant’s Name” + “Paper ID (if applicable)”.
